Thanks for shopping with Homey & Co.! Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some made-to-order pieces, like framed wall art, may take a few extra days.

Delivery time
Our products ship from independent brands and makers within the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages
If your order includes items from different makers, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and location.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at bhammons555@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if the item is damaged, and we'll make it right.
