You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
How to start a return
Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Because our products ship from different makers, return addresses may vary by item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
