Where do your products ship from?
Our products come from independent brands and makers based in the United States, and most orders ship directly from them to you.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are processed within a few business days and arrive within about a week. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Because our pieces come from different makers, items in the same order may ship separately. Each package has its own tracking number.
